THE STORY OF 1971
Although the 1970 edition was successful, the Tulpenrallye organization decided to cancel the 1971 edition. There was a shortage of registrations, obtaining the licenses was a problem and the lack of a number of good sponsors was a basis to cancel the edition. However, a tour was organized this year!
